Unique Travel Lifestyle Packages - General Terms and Conditions

 

1. All offers are valid for Visa Signature cards issued in Asia Pacific only.
2. All payments must be made with a Visa Signature card.
3.

Package prices quoted are valid till 31 December 2009 unless otherwise stated.

4.

Package prices are quoted in US dollars.

5. All packages offered are subject to availability.
6. Activities arranged within the itinerary are subject to change, some of which are weather dependent. In the event of cancellation, alternative activities will be arranged.
7. Package prices are not inclusive of include international airfare (unless otherwise stated), travel insurance, airport departure taxes, excess baggage charges, gratuities and personal expenses.
8. Package prices may be subjected to prevailing service charges and applicable government taxes.
9. Packages are provided by Club Concierge (a brand under Les Concierges Travel India (P) Ltd), together with travel specialists including but not limited to Our Personal Guest, Remote Lands, Imperial Tours, Elevate Destinations.
10. Payment Policy
Full payment is due 90 days prior to the tour start date to confirm the package. For reservations made within 90 days of departure, the entire tour cost must be paid at the time of booking.
11. Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. Refunds of final payment will be honored as follows:
 •  Between 61-90 days of scheduled tour departure: 75% refund
 •  Between 31-60 days of scheduled tour departure: 50% refund
 •  30 days or less prior to scheduled tour departure: No refund
12. Penalties and fees imposed by Club Concierge (a brand under Les Concierges Travel India (P) Ltd)’s suppliers may be additional and, if imposed, will be deducted from the above refunds, if any. A change of trip date or change of travel destination(s) will be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees may apply.
13. It is the responsibility of the cardholder to ensure that a valid passport of six (6) months validity is in his/her possession from the date of departure.
14. It is the responsibility of the cardholder to ensure he/she has the relevant visas and vaccinations (if required by the issuing health authorities of the country or countries to be visited) before departure.
15. Visa and Club Concierge (a brand under Les Concierges Travel India (P) Ltd) will not be held responsible for any expenses, reimbursement or refund of packages where relevant if the cardholder is deported or refused entry by immigration authorities for whatever reasons, including improper travel documents, quarantine, customs regulations, possession of unlawful items or irregularities that may cause harm or damage to persons or property.
16. The cardholder must inform Visa and Club Concierge (a brand under Les Concierges Travel India (P) Ltd) of any special requests relating to special meals, dietary requirements, adjoining rooms etc prior to the departure date. These are subject to confirmation and availability.
17.

No refund will be made with respect to any services included in the package price but not utilized by the cardholder, either in part or full, or where the cardholder amends, cancels or otherwise varies arrangements after commencement of the booking.

18. Visa and Club Concierge (a brand under Les Concierges Travel India (P) Ltd) reserves the right to change, cancel or re-schedule any booking. If, after confirmation of the booking, the booking is impeded, endangered or affected adversely to a considerable extent due to unforeseen force majeure (e.g. war, civil turmoil, natural disasters), Visa and Club Concierge (a brand under Les Concierges Travel India (P) Ltd) will endeavor to offer the next best alternative date for the cardholder.
19. The availability and maintenance of merchant facilities as well as the fulfillment of services and products utilized at the merchant facilities are solely the responsibility of the participating merchants.
20. To the fullest extent permissible by law, each participating Visa Signature cardholder releases Visa from any claim, loss, damage, cost and expense (including any claim for legal expenses) sustained or incurred by cardholder in connection with their participation in the program.
21.

Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, in-house offers, discount, coupons or special offers unless otherwise stated.

22.

Visa reserves the right to modify, cancel or remove any merchant and/or their offers at any time without prior notice.

23.

Visa reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time at its absolute discretion without prior notice.

24.

Visa’s decision is final and binding.

25.

Visa and its agencies have taken every care to ensure the accuracy of the information provided at the time of print. Neither Visa nor its agencies accept responsibility for any error or omission. All offers are correct at the time of print.

26.

In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relation to the program, the terms and conditions listed on the Visa Signature website will prevail.
